OUR focus on training
Strength Training is a primary focus of my 90-Day Total Body Recomposition Program. You will spend about 4-5 hours in the gym per week working with free weights, machines, cables etc. (excluding cardio). If you are new to lifting, no problem. Our app has video tutorials for each exercise. Training is the key to growth stimulation and muscle formation.
OUR focus on NUTRITION
Nutrition is another primary focus and the key to transformation with my 90-Day Total Body Recomposition Program. We will focus on incorporating more lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy essential fats to promote physical and psychological changes. Nailing down your nutrition will catalyze and fast track progress.
